Topic:

"Jerusalem Women Speak: Three Women, Three Faiths, One Shared Vision."

Nahla Assali, Muslim Palestinian; Nuha Khoury, Christian Palestinian; and Michal Sagi, Jewish Israeli, who are living the reality of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, will share their experiences and hopes for a just peace. They have suffered loss of life, homes, and businesses, and are all exposed to random violence. This is a unique opportunity to hear the personal side of this painful conflict from women whose lives have been shaped by the ongoing violence.

Time and Place:

Community UCC at Dixie Trail & Wade Avenue — parking off Wade Avenue just south of Dixie Trail and off Dixie Trail (to the west from Wade) in the church lot on the left and on the right (allowed for overflow).

A social hour with light refreshments will start at 6:30 p.m., the presentations will begin at 7:00 p.m.. There will be no meal and no charge; however, donations will be welcomed.
