Background:Beth McAllister is the Former president of the League of Women Voters in Wake County and the leader of Equal Rights Amendment in North Carolina. Behjat Deghan is a member of the UNA-Wake County Board; Counsultant on gender equality for middle east and North America; she just returned from the CSW (Commission on Status of Women) annual meeting in New York. She was a caucus coordinator on "early age marriage" and speaker on a panel on "Run Away Girls in Iran" Date and TimeThursday, March 22nd 6:30pm-8:30pm It is important to make reservations in order for us to contract for the dinner. Place:The Oak Room under the Belk Dining Room at Meredith College.
