Three or more UN peacekeeping operations will be described, with emphasis on the establishment, re-establishment, or reinforcement of democratic institutions in culturally diverse countries — the presenter will have first-hand knowledge of at least one of the countries. The latest peacekeeping news will be reported.

Oak Room under the Belk Dining Room at Meredith College Enter the Meredith campus from the Faircloth Road entrance off Wade Avenue, turn right at the stop sign, and follow the road up the hill until there are parking places on both sides of the street -- the dining hall will be on your left. If no parking space is open, back track and go left into the staff parking lot.
